Google is testing a new layout for the organic and paid search results. In which, Google is placing the destination or display URL above the search snippet or description and below the title of the search result.
Typically the URL is placed under the snippet or description, not above it.
Back in 2008, when the similar test happened, the display URL was showing on the same line as, and immediately before, the ad description, but now it’s showing in a separate line beneath the ad headline but above the description:
