Earlier this year, Google acquired a social search help engine, for $50 million. Aardvark lets you quickly and easily tap into the knowledge and experience of your friends and extended network of contacts. Google have now started using Aardvark in its Help support service “Now when you visit YouTube and Google Toolbar Help page, you’ll notice a link prompting users to “give Aardvark a try!”. Click that link, and you’re taken to Aardvark homepage.”
