Google News Sitemap is a file created by publishers which gives you even more control over content you submit to Google News; Google have redesigned interface to make Google News Sitemaps more flexible and easier to submit. For transition to new version, Google offers a six-month period during which you can re-submitt you sitemap. Any new Sitemap submission must follow new format. If no change’s made by end of grace period, you'll no longer receive benefits of having your articles crawled via a Google News Sitemap.
