It's real frustrating when try open a Web site, and that appears to be down. Is it something screwy with your computer, the site itself, DNS resolution problems, or the ISP? Well you can tap into downforeveryoneorjustme.com to provide an answer.

Now, Google apparently built this handy bit of info in to Chrome. As you can see from the image above, Chrome's generic a little more descriptive message "Oops!" messages, gathering collective request failures from the Chrome crowd and determining that a site (in this case, Netflix) is having difficulties.
