Google Adds “IP Exclusion” & “Allowed Sites” To AdWords & AdSense

Google has added two features to Google AdWords and Google AdSense that provides both with more control on where and which ads are shown.

As Brad Geddes reports, Google AdWords has added an IP Exclusion tool. The tool allows you to block certain IP addresses from displaying your ads. These are all additional steps to give advertisers tools to better manage and understand where their ads are being shown.

On the publisher side, as reported that Google AdSense released an “allowed sites” feature that they are testing. Allowed sites, lets you specify which sites can display your ads on them. This gives publishers more control over where their ads are shown, clicked on and managed.
