Unsolicited spam is one issue that we battle in our inboxes on daily basis, but perhaps more perplexing is the amount of email messages called “graymail,” that consists all those newsletters, coupons, and notifications you subscribe to, and that can be useful too, but certainly aren’t to appear at the top of Inbox. Here’s a tip to get you inbox uncluttered with these messages – apply’s to all Outlook 2010, or Web-based emails like “Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail” etc.
All you need to do is create filter or rules to move the message away from inbox to into a designated folder: For e.g. in Outlook 2010, on the Home tab, click Rules, then click “Always Move Messages from……” say “Netflix”, Select destination folder so that all current and future messages from Netflix would go to that folder. You can repeated the steps for all other “graymail”.
