If you’re looking for some easy automatic way to install Windows 7, over manual steps, here’re two freeware utilities that helps you copying Win7 installation DVD onto a USB drive, especially helpful for netbook users.
-WinToFlash starts a wizard to help pull contents of windows installation CD or DVD and prep USB drive to become a bootable. It can alsow do this with your LiveCD. However, it does not work straight from an ISO. Instead, the app looks for the folder containing the Windows installation files, meaning you either have to burn the ISO to disk, use an ISO mounter (virtual drive), or create the folder structure on your own hard drive.

-Second is a user-created app that format the USB drive and copy over the installation files from either a DVD or an ISO image.
