When you try to upgrade the SQL Server database role from Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) Management Server 4.1 to App-V Management Server 4.5, upgrade may fail with following error message: Error 25119. The installation program could not upgrade the configuration data store. Please see the installation log file for more information. “To resolve this problem, run the SQL script discussed in the "SQL script" section against the SQL Server database of App-V 4.1. The script creates a temporary table and collects all the rows that are non-unique across the start time, user name, server name, and application name. Then, the script removes the duplicate or conflicting rows by using the temporary table,” KB976641.
