“You may receive an access denied error message when you start the Microsoft Application Virtualization 4.5 (APP-V) client console by using the local administrator account. Additionally, you may receive an error message that resembles the following: Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxx33-00000005. To resolve this issue, add Administrator account to local Users group.
Steps to reproduce the problem: Log on to computer by using an account that has the local administrative privileges; Remove "NT Authority\Authenticated Users" and "NT Authority\Interactive" accounts from local Users group; Log off computer; Log on to computer by using an account that has local administrative privileges; Start APP-V client console,” explained Microsoft in KB978554.
