CSS minifier and alphabetiser for optimized CSS gzipping

Barry van Oudtshoorn wrote a small CSS minifier in Java that optimizes your CSS output for gzipping. Essentially, it does most of what the YUI compressor does, but additionally, it ensures that: all comments are removed; properties within all selectors are ordered alphabetically; values for all properties are ordered alphabetically; all unnecessary whitespace is removed.
