CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 3 (UR3) has been withdrawn due to a regression discovered in one of the included fixes. Please do not install the current version of UR3 on your systems. The issue:
After applying UR3 or one of the specific hotfixes listed below, when opening an existing Service Activity and clicking on the Customers field to drill down to the Customer information the following error is received:
Record is Unavailable.
The record that you are requesting is currently unavailable. Either the record was not found or you do not have sufficient security permissions to view it.
Sustained Engineering are working on a fix for this and will re-release UR3 as soon as possible, no further information on timescale is available at this time. The reason for withdrawing UR3 is very specific to the symptoms noted in my email below, if you are experiencing other issues with UR3 please request support through the normal channel. Additionally, this issue will only affect customers who use the Service Activity functionality in CRM.
The individual hofixes listed below are also affected by the regression, and are also being withdrawn. A new individual hotfix will be produced to replace each of the withdrawn individual hotfixes.
