Cloud-powered Machine Intelligent Services Improvements for Office 365

Microsoft released several cloud-powered intelligence services helping to create magical experiences that save time and help produce polished, gorgeous content.

Microsoft introduces several improvements to its cloud-powered intelligent services as part of February release—powered by machine learning and other advanced algoriths help you save time and produce more polished, appealing content.

The changes include the availability of "QuickStarter for PowerPoint," enabling to easily create presentations with provided curated outlines, recommendations on categories to include, information to research further and associated Creative Commons images.

The service is available in PowerPoint on Windows desktops, for Office 365 subscribers in Office Insider Fast.

Touch Bar support in Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Mac, for all Office 365 subscribers and Office for Mac 2016 customers, helping you acces the most common Office commands based on the work you're doing in a document, spreadsheet or presentation. Touch Bar support in Outlook for Mac is coming soon.

Additional, new Office 365 capabilities help you proactively manage security and compliance risk through the new security analytics tool—Office 365 Secure Score—which provides information on organization's security configuration and actions required to take to improve security and reduce risks.

In addition, Office 365 Threat Intelligence helps you avoid cyber threats by leveraging billions of data points from the Microsoft Intelligent Security Graph. While, Office 365 Advanced Data Governance helps to find and retain important data while eliminating redundant, obsolete and trivial data that could cause risk if compromised.

Office 365 Secure Score is generally available today to all commercial customers. Commercial customers can contact their Microsoft account representative to sign up for the private preview of Office 365 Threat Intelligence, or register for the limited preview of Advanced Data Governance.
