Yet significantly up from the Q2 2009, which was 26%.”
And, the innocuous invalid rate decreased drastically from 7.0% in Q1 to 0.9% in Q2, representing a 87.4% decrease.
Anchor suggests “the click fraud rate remains to be high due to “dramatic growth in botnet scale and volume around the globe as well as continued exploitation by malicious hosts of security vulnerabilities in Internet infrastructure of countries such as Vietnam, Australia, and U.S.”
