Cisco unveiled a new range of network attached storage devices for small business market. Three models in NSS 300 Smart Storage range, with 2, 4 and 6 bay options are available to buy fully populated with drives or without storage. All models are powered by an Intel 1.66GHz dual-core Atom processor, with 1GB RAM.

Three new devices, NSS 322 (2-bay), NSS 324 (4-bay) and NSS 326 (6-bay) offer centralised storage, file sharing and data protection for businesses with fewer than 100 employees. 2.5" or 3.5" drives can fitted for storage flexibility and expansion is provided courtesy of 5 USB 2.0 ports and 2 eSATA ports. RAID 0 & 1 storage configurations are supported on two drive model, whilst RAID 0, 1, 5, and 6 are available on both 4 and 6-bay models. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports are available for networking.

NSS 300 Series Smart Storage list prices range from $913 to $5,625 USD, depending on the model and are shipping worldwide.
