I have just completed the upgradation from WordPress 2.0.7 to WordPress 2.1. As of now, I’ve not notice any issues with plugins, my only concern, as my Connections theme (highly modified by self) is compatible with WordPress 2.1

Here is the list of the plugins that, I use here on D’ Technology Weblog, and are compatible with WordPress 2.1, so if you have not upgraded to WordPress 2.1, because of plugins in-compatibility, this list may help you:
