Bing U.K. rolling out a series of new updates designed to help get things done even quicker than before. The first thing you will notice is a new slicker, cleaner design starting with the homepage, which allows for a much larger homepage image. In addition, the results are now much cleaner.
"Most of us would like to spend less time searching for information online, as, let's face it, there is more to life than search. We want to make your search experience quicker and easier so you can get on with the important stuff," said Peter Maxmin, head of Bing UK.
"Removing the information on the left of the page and minimising the header raises the level of consistency and predictability while making it easier for you to scan the page and quickly find the information you want," Microsoft stated.
"Increasing the space between lines improves readability and optimises the page for touch devices," Microsoft adds.
You will also notice faster page-load times and improved relevance under the hood.
For advertisers Bing puts you in touch with audiences actively seeking information on your product. The unique profiling features of Microsoft adCenter deliver clicks that count through targeting users by demographic and time of day.
"The click-to-sale ratio was 35% higher on Bing than the other engines, and the cost-of-sale rate was 16% lower. In addition, the click-throughrate grew to nearly 5 times the average from all search advertising," revealed Microsoft Advertising.

adCenter Desktop helps you manage and optimize your adCenter campaigns. Among other things, you can import and export campaigns from other online advertising services and make bulk edits on multiple campaigns, ad groups, ads, or keywords in one swoop!
Desktop also includes a handy feature called the "Dashboard," a "campaign performance window that offer nifty charts and graphs that you can sort and pivot based on campaigns, key performance indicators, date ranges, and so on," Microsoft informs.
To acces Desktop, just click little arrows above "Dashboard", you'll see it in all its glory.
