“Google AdWords now can get you detailed diagnostic information for multiple keywords using new keyword diagnosis option on the Keywords tab,” noted Google.
To get started, open “More actions” menu on Keywords tab (at account, campaign, or ad group level) and select “Diagnose keywords.” On keyword diagnosis menu, you’ve all options available in standalone Ads Diagnostic Tool. After clicking “Run test,” you’ll see real-time results appear in Status column next to each keyword. If all is well, you see “Ad showing.” If not, you’ll see a brief summary of problem.
To get more details on a keyword’s status, hover over any speech bubble icon. To focus on one issue at a time, try creating filters for Keyword Status.
