Here's at diTii, yesterday we reported that the FCC on Wednesday said it needed more time to review new information related to why the deal's "efficiencies" outweigh its "potential anticompetitive effects," the Chair of Senate's Antitrust call to block the $39 billion merger deal of AT&T and T-Mobile.
The question is, Will AT&T Inc. bid to buy T-Mobile USA for $39 billion hurt consumers and employees?
The group Free Press says yes and has created some satirical videos to make its point. The media reform group was co-founded by Robert McChesney, a journalism professor who earned his Ph.D. at the University of Washington. Free Press is using humor to try to influence the FCC, which is reviewing the proposed merger.
