November 2012 Bing Ads release brings new tools, more Insight, here is what is added in this relase:
Ad Rotation in Bing Ads Editor: You will now be able to set your A/B testing (Ad Rotation) preferences for paid search ads at the ad group level, with the option to choose either "Optimize for Clicks," or "Rotate Ads Evenly."
"Apply "Optimize for Clicks" to see ads that have the highest CTR; this will remain the default option. Switch to "Rotate Ads Evenly" to determine your best performing ad," bing explains.
Information about ad's impression share is now available in a new column added to Your Share Of Voice (SOV) report. " Information for both is shown only when there is adequate data in terms of audience participation."
Landing Page by Match Type in the Bing Ads Editor or web interface is now avilable.
For those using Bing Ads Intelligence Tool and its Integrated Keyword Management templates, a new BAI Templates Panel equipped with search and filter functionality has been added and show all the templates available.
In addition, Bing also launched three new templates containing keyword suggestions for the holiday season from the Retail and Travel verticals, as well as seasonal terms.
Global Coupon Redemption with any currency against any account! "Starting in November, coupons issued in a currency different than that of your account can be redeemed, and we will make the currency conversion," bing wrote.

Opportunities Tab moves to Campaigns and will enable faster access to all the insight needed to make informed decisions about a campaign.
And, finally, Measuring Quality Impact now available in Quality Score forecasts how many more impressions could be generated by optimizing underperforming keywords.
Available across global markets, this "feature works with Keywords with a Quality Score below 6 (i.e. those filtered out during an auction), and estimates additional impressions generated after optimization," bing explained.
To begin measuring the possibilities, go to Keyword Performance Report through either the Reporting Tab or API, and locate Quality Impact.
Forecasts are provided in real time, with expected impression volume categorized as: "• High: could gain more than 500 impressions per day; • Medium: could gain between 100 and 500 impressions per day; • Low: could gain less than 100 impressions per day."
