Google+ Photos Improvements, Search as you Type in Gmail, Conversation Search

Now you can search for your photos or pictures in your Google+ photos. Now you can find what you're looking for faster across Gmail, Google Drive files, Calendar invites right in Gmail. "Conversation search" on all devices.

Google now lets you find your photos more easily and connect with the friends, places and events in your Google+ photos.

"To make this happen, Google has begun using computer vision and machine learning to help recognize more general concepts in your photos such as sunsets, food and flowers," informs Google.

Try it out on Google.com by signing in and searching for [my photos] or [my photos from new york last year] or [matt's photos of food].

Additionally, you can also try out this feature on Google+ Photos.

Please note, "searching for [my photos] and similar terms is currently available in English on Google.com when you are signed in to your Google+ enabled Google Account," google added.

In another search releated improvements, you can now save a little time--when you search in +Gmail, you'll now see relevant emails as well as +Google Drive files and Calendar events right below the search box.

In short , you can now search emails, Google Drive files, Calendar invites and more as you type in Gmail.

The feature was opened in October 2012 as part of a field trial, and lets you instantly see your relevant emails, Google Drive files, Calendar events, and more when you search in Gmail.

Over the coming week, the feature will be rolling out in English to all U.S. users.

Also, as on today May 23, you can now start to have a "conversation with search" on all your devices--including your desktop or laptop.

Google begin rolling out the new "conversational search" functionality over the next few days in +Google Chrome. "Just click the mic in the Google search bar and Google will give you a spoken answer.
