Until today, "Google Apps for Business," users were able to edit Office files using Quickoffice on an iPad. Now, Google has made the "Quickoffice" available on iPhone and on Android devices.

In addition, it's also now easier to find and use Google Drive files from within the Quickoffice app. "Just sign in with your Google Apps for Business account and your Drive folders view will now include Shared With Me, Starred, Recent and any subfolders," Google adds.

Also, iPad and iPhone users can open and edit Office files directly from the Google Drive app. To do this "just open Drive and select the file, make edits using Quickoffice and save it back to Drive," informs Google.

"Quickoffice designed for Google Apps users, makes it easy to create, edit and view Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files on mobile device. And, also provide an instant access to all your files stored in Google Drive. Just open an Office file on your device, edit, and save back to Drive to be able to access them from anywhere."
