Facebook rolled out a few updates including to a tool called "Activity Log," that let you review and manage your activity on Facebook.

Now, in addition to other activity, "you'll be able to see the searches you're making on Facebook." "Just as you can choose to delete any of your posts, you can use the same inline control on Activity Log to remove any of your searches at any time," facebook posted.

Now, it's important to remember that no one else can see your Activity Log, including your search activity.

"You can expect to see your Activity Log updated with your search activity over the next few weeks. You can access this tool by going to the top of your profile, and going to Search from the activity sorter," the compan adds.

Also, Facebook recently announced the "Shared Activity" plugin that gives people a way to control the activity they share to Facebook directly from your web app.

"The plugin provides a simple solution for implementing the user controls required when working with Open Graph built-in actions. From the plugin on sites such as Airbnb, people can set the default Facebook audience for activity shared from your app, or manage the settings for stories previously published to Facebook, including selecting an audience or removing it altogether," Facebook explains.

The Shared Activity plugin lists a person's activities published from your app to Facebook including Open Graph activities, Like button stories, and comment plugin activities. "This gives people another way to control their sharing on Facebook, in addition to the controls on Facebook in App Settings, inline on timeline, and Activity Log."

Facebook also added settings for "real-time updates to the App Dashboard."

The Graph API supports real-time updates, which let your app subscribe to changes in the social graph. With this addition to the App Dashboard, "you can quickly configure these subscriptions for objects you care about and get callbacks when they're modified. This lets you update cached data when you need to, instead of polling Facebook's servers continuously -- making your app more reliable and decreasing load times for your users," Facebook explains.

The new real-time updates API tab includes several settings for creating and managing your subscriptions. Now you can: "Create and edit real-time subscriptions; Check your subscriptions; and Test the validity of your subscriptions."

Finally, Facebook released a new design for Messenger for Android, that let you now swipe your finger to the left anywhere in the app to see who's available and send a message. You can also add the friends you message most to the top of your Favorites so they're easily accessible.

On some Android phones, "you can now text your contacts right from Messenger. That way, all your texts and Facebook messages are together in one place."

The company says, update to Messenger for iOS will be available soon.
