Motorola Demos Android 4.0 ICS Skin

Right after Motorola becoming an officially part of Google-owned company's -- Motorola has revealed its own skin for the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The company had promised that both the RAZR and the RAZR would be getting an ICS upgrade sometime this quarter, so in this end, the company has now released a few video walkthroughs of its new Android 4.0 skin.

Some notable changes include new icons and formatting modifications, as well as changes to the standard lock and home screens. The new lock screen now has four shortcuts that include--quick access to the camera, messaging, phone book and home screen, dialer join stock Android 4.0's camera with an the ability to capture stills while recording video and unlock options -- and there's also a toggle at the top to let you silence the phone.

Motorola has had its way with the gallery app, and additional widgets have been added to Motorola phones as well, including specialized social networking tools. Motorola has completely scrapped "all-in-one" social networking app and now encourages users to download the first-party Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn apps.
