Microsoft posted the Security Bulletin Summary for February 2012, "9 new security bulletins addressing 21 vulnerabilitie in the products such as Windows, Internet Explorer, SharePoint, .Net Framework, Silverlight, and Office."

Also, the Update Rollup 1.1 for Windows MultiPoint Server 2011 is now available via Windows Update. "If you have enabled your MultiPoint Server for automatic updates and haven't installed it yet, it will be installed as part of patch Tuesday," posted Microsoft.

All previous fixes are included in this Update Rollup, including the fully localized support for Arabic and Hebrew from Update Rollup 1.

Microsoft also added a new product family to WSUS server today - "System Center," which will contain updates for versions 2012 and higher of System Center products, which include System Center 2012, a product that combines following components.

The System Center product family will allow a variety of update types, e.g. service packs, optional updates, critical updates, and security updates. System Center updates will also be available in the Microsoft Update Catalog.

"You will see new product categories appear under the System Center product family as new updates are available for each product or product component. The first product category to be added will be System Center Advisor," posted Microsoft.
