Foursquare recently added friends' check-in photos to the foursquare.com website that with fewer clicks, get you a much richer story of where people are and what they're doing. Today, the company added this feature to the iPhone app.

"Couldn't get a ticket to that concert, but a bunch of your friends are there? Tap on who's 'here now' to get a sense of the evening, with all their photos and shouts in one stream. Commenting on a friend's night out? You'll see all the other photos and comments as you're composing your witty retort. Everything is in one place," notes foursquare.

  • A bunch of your friends at a concert without you? Check out the "here's now" on the concert venue screen for their photos and shouts in one stream; it's the next-best thing to being there!
  • The comment screen now has all photos and comments inline, too. Leave a comment to try it out.
  • Bigger tap targets. It's much much easier to navigate, especially when you've got your coffee in one hand and your phone in the other.

Finally, the company said that they are working on getting all of yesterday's lists into the next version of the app, and also getting all these features to Android and BlackBerry's.

You can download the update Foursquare app for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad from iTunes App Store.
