Google Social Search was launched as Google Labs product on October 26, 2009. Today, the google search team included public Google+ posts as well into the social search. "So if you're signed into your Google Account, your search results may start including posts shared publicly by people you're connected to on Google+," informs Google.

The update will be rolling out over the coming days.

Here's how it works:

Say, you're logged into your Google Account, and gooogle for [uncle zhou queens] - here is how the search will show up on your results page for the query [uncle zhou queens]:

And, if someone in your Google+ circles made a post about it, here's how the post will appear in your account:

So, in short, now not only do you get some great reviews on the web, you also get a review from a friend about a restaurant with recommendations about what dishes to order.

"To experience this feature, you'll need to be on Google+ and also make sure that you're logged into your Google Account when you search.

In addition, only public posts on Google+ are visible in search results. Private posts on Google+ aren't," google added.
