Microsoft posted a new Windows Phone 7 video on its official YouTube channel that goes over a number of new features and updates. The YouTube video shows how the Mango update will add Twitter and LinkedIn integration directly into Windows Phone 7.
In the video, Stuart Bottom, the program manager for the Windows Phone's Communications Group, states that both the 140 character Twitter site and the business oriented LinkedIn service will be added to the People section of Windows Phone 7 in the Mango update. Windows Phone 7 users already have integrated Facebook and Windows Live features.
Bottom says that under the Mango update users will be able to "tweet" directly from Windows Phone 7's Mango version along with the other social networks that are supported. If you are a person who uses all of the social networks that the Mango update will add you may get flooded with messages from all four networks. In that case the video shows that you will be able to filter news results inside Windows Phone 7 with the new Mango Update. The main Windows Phone 7 screen will also have a way for users to be notified if a "tweet" mentions their name or if a Facebook photo has been tagged with your name or even if someone writes on your Facebook wall.
