Straight from either a Chinese or Hong Kong development factory is a video of the upcoming Nokia Windows Phone 7 device currently codenamed "Sea Ray."

The device is visually similar to the MeeGo-powered Nokia N9, which will come loaded with a 3.9-inch AMOLED display, 8 MP rear camera and a 1 GHz single-core ARM Cortex-A8-based processor on the inside once available to the public. It is unknown whether this "Sea Ray" device will have the same specifications as the N9 at this point.

The video below shows the person with the device taking it partially out of a plastic shell, before showing the WP7 dedicated camera button, new rear-LED position and the capacitive touch front buttons in the bezel including Windows button - putting to rest any virtual button debate.

After using the device's side power button, the all new "7" logo boot screen appears with "OEM" in the corner and, seems to be running Windows Phone 7 Mango RTM build 7710.

You can also see the camera app in action.
