HTC bought Saffron Digitial on February 7 and for two months, there was not much about HTC's streaming video plans until today. HTC is currently rolling out Watch in the US and Europe. The new Sensation on T-Mobile will be the first phone with HTC's Watch application, a video streaming service that will send new movies down the line over 3G and Wi-Fi.

What makes Watch special? The service buffers video and allows you to watch movies immediately upon requesting them, thereby assuaging the pain many feel when they have to download large videos on the road. There are only a few hundred titles in Watch right now, but HTC is working on further partnerships.

"With the HTC Touch Pro, streaming your favorite radio stations or talk shows is a snap. And with Flash Player addition, which the Mogul didn't have, now even more music and talk is available."
