With Microsoft's upcoming Cloud-based PC management offering scheduled to go live later this month, the company has made a move designed to make it easier for companies worldwide to embrace Windows Intune.
The Windows Intune Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms are now live on the Microsoft Download Center, where those interested can see just what the software giant is promising with its Cloud PC management suite of services.
"For uptime anywhere between 99% and 99.9%, Microsoft is prepared to offer customers a 25% Service Credit. Should Windows uptime drop below 99% but no lower than 95% customers will get 50% Service Credit.
And in the eventuality that Windows Intune is accessible less than 95% of the time in a month, Microsoft will provide clients with as much as 100% Service Credit."
