Amazon has now pushed an updated Amazon MP3 app to the Android Market. The key change in the 1.8.30 version is that the app no longer "auto-starts". If you want to run Amazon MP3, you'll have to launch it manually.

The second change is that the "auto-resume downloads" setting is disabled by default.
