If your using Disqus commment system, and integrating with Facebook for login and sharing, you may've received an email recently from Facebook with the subject line "Breaking change: API deprecations." But it isn't actually related to your Disqus account.

Please note; there're some changes going on right now, "When setting up your Disqus account with Facebook, you were given an API key which's a developer access key that lets the integration work properly. Facebook's platform is undergoing some changes. We're making changes at Disqus to remain compatible. That's all that the email means," stated Disqus.

For new users, Facebook integration will temporarily require an additional step which is in our updated Facebook Connect documentation. Current users won't need to change anything.
