Recently, it started appearing on some video the feature, that lets you link to a specific timestamp of a YouTube video.

Until, you could do this by appending #t=1m30s or #t=90s to a YouTube URL. But, with the newly added feature, you no longer have to manually append the special parameter to the URL.

YouTube Time Stamp Link feature

You can just right-click on the video and select "Copy video URL at current time".
