It look Windows Phone 7 won't be the part of porn, as the latest Microsoft Application Certification requirements, released with Windows Phone 7 developer tools, "confirms that the company will be turning down sexually explicit and gratuitously violent apps submitted for inclusion in its mobile marketplace."

[WP Developers Policy] – Microsoft has banned this kind of content for a while, dating back at least to the launch of its mobile marketplace for Windows Mobile 6.5 devices.

However, Microsoft appears to be more relaxed than Apple — as the Cupertino company has been openly discouraging the submission of fart apps. Microsoft isn't going so far as to encourage fart apps, but during a lighthearted exchange with an analyst at a media briefing earlier this week, one Windows Phone official said they won't be banned.
