Google is currently testing a tweaked user interface for the navigation bar on Google Search and Search Results pages. The experiment removes link underlining, changes the background color when you mouse over a link from the navigation bar and adds an icon for the settings menu:

Microsoft's PR & Event Manager Lidia Pitzalis confirms that only US, UK, Mexico, Japan, and Canada will have Xbox 360 Kinect's "voice control" feature enabled at launch.
