Are you suffering from inbox overload? Well, if your on Gmail, you can now use "Priority Inbox" and for Microsoft Outlook users, Outlook 2010 has three new features to help you: Ignore feature, Conversation view, and Conversation Clean-up tool:

Right click the subject of any emails and click Ignore. Then click "Ignore Conversation" button to move all those emails (including future) to your deleted items folder.

If, your interested in who sent it? Use Conversation View to group all your emails by conversation as they arrive. And, to get rid of redundant messages? Use Conversation Clean-Up.
