Microsoft released new SDKs for PHP developers who want to use REST, SOAP and Spatial Data APIs. TweetDeck User Streams preview has now opened to everyone. Twitter has apparently decided that the new Users Streams API is going well and the Twitter servers are ready to handle the traffic from a public TweetDeck release. Microsoft official acknowledged that "they're planning to add ActiveSync support to Hotmail on August 30.
