Microsoft's development studio behind the company's Forza Motorsport video-game franchise brought real versions of some of the exotic sports cars available for driving in the Xbox 360 game to the Redmond campus on August 20th. The mini car show was held at the Commons, gathering place and shopping center at the center of company's new Entertainment & Devices headquarters. Although, an estimated 2,000 employees toured the cars, but they weren't allowed to drive, -- the idea was to help spark new interest inside the company in driving them in game.

Among them: A Gumpert Apollo from Germany, which starts around $500,000 in real life, is available as part of a package of extra downloadable content for Forza Motorsport 3. Also on hand were a Ferrari, a rare Mercedes, and several high-end Porsches.
