DoubleClick founder Kevin O' Connor launches "FindTheBest," a comparison engine that allows users to find topic, compare their options in side-by-side chart, sort and narrow data with smart filters, and select the best choice based on what's important to them. This's facilitated through "Comparison Apps," or "Apps," which're presented in the form of filterable charts. FindTheBest offers 336 "comparison apps" in nine categories: Arts and Entertainment, Business and Economy, Education, Health, Reference, Science, Society, Sports and Recreation, and Technology. These include 31,372,000 listings and 881,837,794 data points.
Another search-friendly feature, is Questions&Answers. Beyond SEO, as a discovery mechanism, any of the comparison modules can be embedded on 3rd-party sites from embeddable category widgets.
