Tweet Pivot is a nice online service that combines Twitter data with Microsoft Live Lab's Pivot Silverlight plugin to give you the ability to view your Twitter life in a completely new way. At the moment you can pivot (up to) the first 1000 friends or followers of any user that hasn't protected their Tweets.
