OneRiot real-time search engine announced the inclusion of Google Buzz data in its real-time search products. The company says that "Google Buzz firehose is one of the first companies to get access to Google's brand new stream of realtime social web data, here's what we're doing with it: Expanding our Trending Topics Engine; Improving real-time search results (including the OneRiot API); Enhancing the Performance of the First Ad Network for the Realtime RiotWise ad network," revealed.

"the integration with Google Buzz was relatively simple. Google is using Activity Streams standard, which's the same standard used by MySpace. We've architected our system to be expandable from an ingest perspective (i.e. we can "plug in" new data streams with relative ease), so the integration here was quick. We're rolling out all these features to a limited bucket test to gauge user feedback and to measure performance."
