Google expanded "logic branching capabilities" in Google forms. "Until now, extensive multiple choice questions were requried to direct respondents to correct form pages. Now, just use "Go to page based on answer" multiple choice questions in conjunction with page navigation to make simple, easy-to-follow form," explains Google.

To write adventure story. First, create a form and give adventurer a difficult choice to make in multiple choice question:

check box next to Go to page based on answer while editing question. This enables option for respondents to be directed to different pages. In drop down next to each answer, select corresponding pages they should be directed to based on their answer:

Using navigation, you can redirect respondents previously split apart back to same page. Under Add Item menu, select Page break. Then, select what page you'd like respondents to be directed to under drop down in page break:

With page navigation selected, respondents who landed on pages two and four will both be directed to page five, where their adventure ends.
