Its features include: "built-in Shindig server for local testing; integrated database for storing & managing social data; Simple project and gadget code generation wizards to quickly generate your OpenSocial app projects and app code; multi-paned gadget spec editor to facilitate gadget development; new "OpenSocial" Eclipse perspective that provides enhanced editing & debugging with easy access and control of local Shindig and social database; OpenSocial REST Java client wizard that can quickly generate new project along with sample code that uses OpenSocial RESTful Java client library to connect to local OpenSocial server; Live testing against iGoogle server."
