Sony and Billabong are teaming up to make the VAIO W even better with the launch of the beach-inspired Imperial Lime Edition. While the specs haven't changed – you get the same Intel Atom N processor (1.83GHz), giant 250GB hard drive, island keyboard and bigger-than-it-looks1366 x 768 resolution 10" LED backlit LCD screen, Genuine Windows 7 Starter Edition, 250GB HDD, large capacity battery, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, webcam. VAIO W is made from recycled DVDs and CDs. Sony and Billabong aren't limiting their partnership to building a cool PC. This year, Sony will donate two of new VAIO W's for auction at Billabong's Design for Humanity event on June 10, 2010. All proceeds from the event will benefit Invisible Children, an organization that rebuilds schools and provides jobs in war-torn Northern Uganda.
