We embed the video by default, but you can choose to link to file from Insert dropdown. Then, select video, click Video Tools | Format tab. Clicking any of the icons will apply style to entire video, not just poster frame. In Video Styles gallery, there're three categories of styles: Subtle, Moderate, and Intense. These're indicative of how complex the styles are, and can help you pick a video style that matches your presentation. For e.g., if you want a simple outline or shadow, a style in Subtle category will make video look polished & professional. You can also adjust brightness, contrast, color, rotate, or even crop the video so it looks exactly the way you want it to," explains Microsoft
