Also note that you can see this issue when trying to upgrade a previous version of App-V client to version 4.6. Cause: This’s a known issue with App-V client versions 4.5 and later. Resolution: you’ll need to modify registry entry for Disconnected Operation Timeout in registry: 1. For x86 clients, open Regedit & navigate to following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Softgrid\4.5\Client\Network\ | For 64-bit clients, open Regedit & navigate to following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\SoftGrid\4.5\Client\Network . 2. Change DOTimeoutMinutes value to default which’s 129600 (Decimal) or 1fa40 (Hex). 3. Reboot client. Once rebooted, you should now be able to successfully uninstall the App-V client.
