Of those, 22 relate to the software giant’s desktop operating system, Windows, while one contained the trademark-protected term ‘XBOX’. The website addresses were all registered in June 2008 by a person with the peculiar name nonamo c/o nonamo nonamo from Puerto Rico, according to public UDRP complaint documents.
