Ancora Technologies has reached a settlement in the litigation between Ancora’s Miki Mullor and Microsoft, both in respect of patent infringement claim. Ancora Technologies said that all parties deny any wrongdoing and the terms of the settlement are confidential. The lawsuit, filed in King Couny Superior Court in Seattle, alleged that Mullor, the founder of Ancora Technologies, took a job at Microsoft under false pretenses, then used his inside access to download confidential documents for a patent complaint his company filed against major computer makers Dell, HP and Toshiba. Mullor at the time disputed the allegations, calling them "shameful, dishonest attacks." Miki Mullor said, "I am pleased with this resolution and wish my friends at Microsoft's Windows division nothing but success with Windows 7 launch."
