On Nov 16, 2009 Microsoft will officially stop distributing Office Accounting products in the UK and North America, products including: Office Accounting Express, Office Accounting Standard, Office Accounting Professional, Office Accounting Professional Plus, Office Accounting 3-user and Small Business Accounting. Microsoft said that existing OA customers’ll get five years of mainstream, free support and five years of extended, paid support. Those who recently bought the product, and would like to return, can apply for refund within 30 days of purchase, visit ‘Return Your Product’ link, that’ll walk you through returning the activation key. “Online services from eBay and credit profile from Equifax will no longer be available after Dec 15, 2009. However, credit card processing services and the ability to order compatible checks and forms will still be available”.
