Verify ‘Blogger blog’ in Google Webmaster Tools

If you own a blog on Google’s Blogger, and haven't yet been verified in Webmaster tools; Follow steps below to use the meta tag verification method; until Gooogl reinstate an automated verification approach.

Webmaster Tools: 1. Click "Add a site" button on home page 2. Enter your blog URL, click "continue" to go to Manage verification 3. Select "Meta tag" verification, copy meta tag.
Blogger: 4. Sign in your blog 5. From Blogger dashboard click "Layout" link for the blog you're verifying 6. Click "Edit HTML" under "Layout" tab 7. Paste the meta tag (copied in step 3) immediately after <head> and click "SAVE TEMPLATE" button
Webmaster Tools: 8. On Manage Verification page, confirm that "Meta tag" is selected as the verification method and click "Verify" button
